Аннотация

Ushbu maqola mijozlar bilan munosabatlarni boshqarish (CRM) vositalarining rivojlanayotgan bozorlarda savdo o'sishi va mijozlarning sodiqligiga ta'sirini o'rganadi. Mijozlarning o'zaro aloqalari va ma'lumotlarini boshqarish va tahlil qilish uchun mo'ljallangan CRM tizimlari korxonalar noyob muammolar va imkoniyatlarga duch keladigan ushbu bozorlarda tobora muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Bundan tashqari, u xizmat ko'rsatishni yaxshilash, maqsadli aloqa va mijozlarni jalb qilish orqali mijozlarning sodiqligini oshirishda CRM rolini o'rganadi. Rivojlanayotgan bozorlarda CRM vositalarining samaradorligi turli amaliy tadqiqotlar va empirik ma'lumotlar orqali tahlil qilinadi, bu vositalar korxonalarga tez o'zgaruvchan bozor sharoitlariga va mijozlarning xohishlariga moslashishga yordam berishdagi roli o’rganiladi
